-Practice-

I thought it would be a good idea to get Melissa a nice mellow vintage moped to learn how to ride on and putt around town. Then i remembered she drives her truck like a drunk Asian on meth while blasting country music and had second thoughts. Anyway, I get the peddle scoot running after ripping it apart fixing the decompression valve and re wiring it, take it for a test ride and hand it over to her. I tell her just twist the grip back real slow and easy and you'll start to move, the brakes are just like a bicycles. First thing she does is twist the grip back full throttle, locks it in place and starts dragging her feet down the street trying to stop herself. I was laughing at first waiting for her to eat crap and flop onto the ground. Then she started drifting towards my neighbors brand new car. So new it still has the temp registration sticker on the back window.  She started going too fast, i couldn't even catch up and turn it off, ended up burning a hole through her shoe before she realized how to turn the throttle off. I would like to thank the lord she didn't hit the car. Think next time she wants to ride it we'll take it to a empty parking lot, or maybe ill sell it and buy something cool for myself.
